VeloTech provides an all-in-one sales and marketing platform ("Platform") designed to help business owners manage their leads, websites, funnels, communications, and automations. The Service includes, but is not limited to, CRM, website and funnel builders, email and SMS marketing tools, and appointment scheduling.

3. User Responsibilities

As a User of the Service, you agree to the following:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password).

  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including the content you create and the data you upload about your own customers ("Customer Data").

  • You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use our Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purpose.

4. Payment and Billing

  • Subscription Fees: You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Service as described on our pricing page.

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it in accordance with the cancellation policy.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice of any price changes.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Our IP: All content, trademarks, software, and resources provided by VeloTech as part of the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of VeloTech and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our resources without prior written consent.

  • Your IP: You retain all ownership rights to the content and "Customer Data" you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license solely to host, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in any activity that is harassing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to monitor accounts for compliance and suspend any account found to be in violation.

7. Termination of Service

  • By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any activity deemed harmful to our Service or other users.

  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You are responsible for exporting your data prior to termination. We may delete your data from our servers after a commercially reasonable period.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. VeloTech does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeloTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VeloTech and its employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VeloTech operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
